Newport offers an outstanding selection of manual actuators ideal for use in research or industrial applications. Newport, now combined with New Focus brand actuators, offers well over one hundred different actuator models including ultra-fine resolution differential micrometers, exceptionally smooth vernier micrometers and cost effective lockable adjustment screws. For the research customer we offer the stage-friendly SM series micrometers covering from 6- to 50-mm travel range, the lockable HR series micrometers with double the resolution of a standard micrometer and the DMH-1 digital micrometer for efficient data taking. Industrial and OEM customers benefit from our technology in lock stability with the AJS series precision adjustment screws, the New Focus brand Tiny Screws and the DS-4F compact differential actuator.
